Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Where available, URLs or DOI for the references have been provided.
Articles
Documents that present, in a detailed manner, the original results of completed research projects. The organization used contains the three general sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion (IMRAD). The conclusions should be included in the discussion.
Editorial
Document written by the publisher, a member of the publishing committee, or an invited researcher on directions in the thematic dominion of the journal.
Reflection Article
A document that presents results of a finished investigation from an analytical perspective, interpretative or critical of the author, on a specific subject, resorting to original sources.
Review
Document of finished research where the author(s) analyze, systematize and integrate the results of published or not published investigations, on a field in science or technology, with the purpose of giving to account of the advances and the tendencies of development. It is characterized to present a careful bibliographical revision of at least 50 references.
Short Article
Brief document that presents/displays preliminary or partial original results of a scientific or technological research, that generally requires of a quick diffusion.

Letters to the Editor
Critical, analytical or interpretative positions on documents published in the journal, that in opinion of the publishing Committee constitutes an important contribution to the discussion of the subject on the part of the scientific community of reference.
Minireview
